1 14-16 oz. block extra firm organic tofu
2/3 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked or 1/3 macadamia and 1/3 raw cashews
¼ cup lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. garlic salt
1 ½ tsp. onion granules
1 tsp. The Wizard Worcestershire sauce
1 T. coconut aminos
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic or roasted garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 T. chives
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Green onion chopped to cover outside of cheese ball

Drain the nuts, place in food processor and process them alone first. Add the blotted tofu, lemon juice, garlic salt and next 5 ingredients (through the garlic). Process until well combined and smooth. Pulse or stir parsley, chives, oregano and basil in by hand. Turn the mixture out onto parchment and form it into desired shape. Cover the outside with chopped green onion and refrigerate until serving.

Serve with VEGETABLES, not just crackers- bell pepper chunks, jicama, celery, etc.

Optional add ins: finely chopped red bell pepper (makes it festive for Christmas), jalapeno peppers, dill, olives…or whatever you can imagine!
