½ cup hulled organic buckwheat groats
2 T. organic chia seeds
½ banana, mashed
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. pure vanilla
1 pinch Celtic or Real Salt
1 tsp. Brown Swerve
1-2 tiny scoops Omica Stevia (1/32 tsp. or to taste)
1 cup milk alternative of choice
½ cup blueberries (can use frozen)

Stir all of the above in a glass dish with a fitted lid. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or longer if camping or traveling). At serving time, stir and top with:

½ cup berries- blueberries, raspberries, marionberries or strawberries

Other optional toppings:
The other ½ banana, sliced, other fresh fruit, ground flaxseed pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut, hempseeds
